Monthly plans for laundry, dry cleaning, and combo.

Yes. When you continue to signup, you’ll create a customer account (or log in if you already have one). That account is how you manage pickups and your membership.

Yes. A credit card on file is required for memberships. You’ll enter your card details on the signup page so we can bill your monthly plan and any extra pieces.

Plans renew every month. Your subscription price is charged on your renewal cycle. You can join online or buy a plan in store when you drop off.

Laundry plans cover men’s shirts washed and pressed on a hanger only. Dry cleaning plans cover specific dry-clean pieces (shirts, blouses, polos, pants, jeans, skirts, shorts, ties, and vests)—not laundry shirts. Combo plans let you use both laundry shirts and those covered dry-clean pieces toward one shared monthly allowance.

Wash & fold by the pound is never included. Jackets, blazers, sweaters, cardigans, sport jackets, dresses, and most other garments are charged at regular rates. Small household linens (napkins, pillow covers, and similar) are also billed separately—only Gold Dry Cleaning and Gold Combo include limited bulky items.

Silver Combo ($250) covers up to 55 pieces per month—any mix of men’s laundry shirts on hanger and covered dry-clean pieces. Gold Combo ($650) covers those same piece types unlimited, plus up to 3 bulky items and up to 3 two-piece suits or tuxes per month. Jackets, dresses, wash & fold, and other exclusions still apply.

Large pieces such as comforters, quilts, blankets, or curtains. Small household items are not included in that allowance and are charged at regular rates.

Gold Dry Cleaning and Gold Combo include up to 3 two-piece suits or tuxes per month. Three-piece suits/tuxes and anything beyond the monthly limit are charged at regular rates with your next month’s subscription.

Once you reach your plan allowance for the month, additional clothing is charged at regular rates (about $3.50 per laundry shirt and about $10 per dry cleaning piece on average). Overage charges are billed together with your next month’s subscription price.

Gold Laundry: unlimited men’s laundry shirts. Gold Dry Cleaning: unlimited covered dry-clean pieces, plus up to 2 bulky items and up to 3 two-piece suits or tuxes. Gold Combo: unlimited covered laundry shirts and dry-clean pieces, plus up to 3 bulky items and up to 3 two-piece suits or tuxes. Excluded garments are still charged at regular rates. Unlimited means for your own household use under one membership—not for sharing across multiple households.

No. Gold unlimited plans are truly unlimited for the account holder’s personal or household use, but they cannot be shared across separate households or used as a group plan for friends, neighbors, or multiple addresses. We reserve the right to cancel a membership in cases of abuse—such as sharing the plan across households or other misuse of the unlimited allowance.

No. We don’t provide partial refunds for unused months. Memberships are offered at a discounted rate for the value they bring over the full billing cycle. If you wish to cancel, you can do so before your next renewal—online, by calling us, or by stopping by the store—so you aren’t charged for another month.
