We pick up Monday through Saturday in morning windows: 6–7am, 7–8am, and 8–9am. Choose the slot that works when you book online. Sunday pickups are not available.

Yes. Free pickup and free return delivery are included for orders in our Hoboken service area—no extra delivery fee. You only pay for cleaning (or your monthly membership).

Have garments bagged or clearly set out before your window starts. Note stains, fragile pieces, or preferences (hangers, starch, etc.) in your order instructions so we can care for them properly.

That’s fine for many Hoboken buildings. Leave items with your doorman or in a secure lobby spot and add access notes (gate code, unit, “leave with concierge”) when you book. If we can’t reach your items after a reasonable attempt, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

Book as soon as you know you need a pickup—popular morning slots fill up (each hour has limited capacity). Same-day availability depends on open slots; if your preferred window is full, try the next hour or the next day.

Most everyday orders are ready in about four days. Specialty items, wedding gowns, or bulky pieces can take longer. Need it sooner? Ask when you book or call (201) 420-7868.

We pick up from doorman buildings and residences across Hoboken. If your building isn’t listed on our site, book online anyway and enter your address to confirm coverage—or call us.

Add them in the booking notes when you schedule pickup (building access, where bags are left, stains to treat, hang vs fold). You can also call the shop and we’ll attach notes to your order.
